- Create brand awareness for DuPont's impact- resistant, hurricane windows for both homes and commercial buildings as a code-approved substitute for aluminum shutters or plywood.

- Conducted media briefings with influential editors across the state to introduce product
- Hosted industry events with speeches by DuPont, FEMA, Florida Department of Community Affairs, insurance industry executives and County Emergency Managers
- Developed 5-minute video highlighting the effectiveness SentryGlas against windstorms and a 2x4 shot from an air cannon that was shown during the luncheon
Results
- Generated positive media coverage throughout Florida and hurricane-prone areas of the southeast
- 25 key industry influencers attended luncheon including VIPs from FEMA, DCA, Dade and Broward County Emergency Management Division and the Florida Department of Community Affairs
- DuPont and SentryGlas Plus ® was profiled in the DCA's Breaking the Cycle newsletter, which is distributed to 30,000 industry and government influencers and decision makers
